Retrogades are an excellent time to review projects and decisions that have to be made, but not necessarily the best time to make those decisions. Once the planets go direct then forward action will have better results

Mercury Cycle

December 30, 2021. Mercury conjoins Pluto. Tropical. 25° Capricorn 53′

January 14, 2022. Mercury stations Retrograde. 11:41. Tropical. 10° Aquarius 20′

January 23, 2022. Sun-Mercury Inferior Conjunction. 10:27Tropical. 03° Aquarius 22′. (Conjunction is midway through the retrograde cycle.)

January 29, 2022. Retrograde Mercury conjoins Pluto. Tropical. 26° Capricorn 51′.

February 11, 2022. Mercury conjoins Pluto. Tropical. 27° Capricorn 16′

February 24, 2022. Mercury leaves Retrograde Arc. Tropical. 10° Aquarius 20′

Venus Cycle

November 17, 2021. Venus enters Retrograde Arc or Shadow. Tropical. 11° Capricorn 04’

December 11, 2021. Venus conjoins Pluto. Tropical. 25° Capricorn 19’

December 19, 2021. Venus Stations Retrograde. 6:44. Tropical 26° Capricorn 29’

December 25, 2021. Retrograde Venus conjoins Pluto. Tropical. 25° Capricorn 43’

January 9, 2022. Sun-Venus Inferior Conjunction. 0:47. Tropical. 18° Capricorn 43’. The conjunction is midway through the retrograde cycle, after which Venus rises as a Morning Star.

January 29, 2022. Venus Stations Direct. 6:48. Tropical. 11° Capricorn 04’

March 2, 2022. Venus leaves Retrograde Arc or Shadow. Tropical 26° Capricorn 29’

March 3, 2022. Venus conjoins Pluto. Tropical. 27° Capricorn 50’ (All times GMT)

Venus went direct on January 29 and Mercury went direct on February 4 and even though they are regaining their speed and moving forward, they will still conjoin the degrees in between their retrograde and direct stations. The degrees in between the retrograde and direct stations are hot.

The degree where the planet enters the retrograde arc (shadow) is the degree where the planet eventually stations direct. The degree where the planet leaves the retrograde arc is the degree where the planet stationed retrograde.

If you look at the above lists you will see that Venus and Mercury are situated in between the degree in which they go direct (Mercury on February 4 and Venus on January 29) and the day they leave the retrograde arc. That means that Mercury is still within its retrograde arc or shadow until it leaves on February 24. Venus is still within its retrograde arc or shadow until it leaves on March 2.

The most activated degrees are between 24-27 Tropical Capricorn

Since the degrees in between the retrograde stations are hot, if you have a planet, point, or angle there Mercury or Venus will still hit it one more time. That means that you may have had communication issues if the transiting planet is Mercury, or you may have relationship or financial snafus if Venus. They are no longer retrograde, but there still may be things that you have had to rethink in the last couple months, and now finally everything you have been contemplating will now bring clarity. If you have anything on the same degree (or one to two degrees away) as the upcoming Mercury Pluto conjunction and upcoming Venus Pluto conjunction then that applies especially to you since this particular Mercury or Venus retrograde may have been more problematic because they have conjoined three times, though not on the same degree. Pluto moves so slowly so if you do have a planet, point, or angle between 25-27 Tropical Capricorn, you have been feeling the transit of Pluto transforming whatever that planet, point, or angle represents in your chart.

Mercury will then leave the intensity behind once it continues to move forward and re-enters tropical Aquarius on February 14.

Venus will leave the intensity behind once it re-enters Tropical Aquarius on March 6.

Take advantage of the clarity you will start to feel now as these two personal planets, which have been retrograde combined over the last few months, allow you to move forward. Remember that retrogades are an excellent time to review projects and decisions that have to be made but not necessarily the best time to make those decisions. Think about everyting you may have reviewed and revised and hopefully things will move forward with positivity.

Remember that the third and last Mercury-Pluto conjunction occurs on February 11 and the third and last Venus-Pluto conjunction occurs on March 3 at tropical 27 Capricorn.
